European reading challenge 2013

 

Questa sfida è ospitata da Rose city reader e va dal 1° gennaio 2013 al 31 gennaio 2014 (13 mesi): consiste nel leggere libri scritti da autori europei o libri ambientati in Europa (in questo caso non importa da dove viene l'autore). I libri possono essere di qualunque genere, l'importante è che ogni libro sia ambientato in un paese diverso e scritto da un autore diverso. 

Ci sono 5 livelli di partecipazione: 

Five star (Deluxe Entourage): leggi almeno 5 libri 

Four star (Honeymooner): leggi 4 libri; 

Three star (Business Traveler): leggi 3 libri; 

Two star (Adventurer): leggi 2 libri; 

One star (Pensione Weekender): leggi 1 libro. 

Come l'anno scorso, penso che punterò a leggere almeno 5 libri :-)

This challenge is hosted by Rose City Reader and it goes from January 1, 2013 to January 31, 2014. 

The idea is to read books by European authors or books set in European countries (no matter where the author comes from). The books can be anything – novels, short stories, memoirs, travel guides, cookbooks, biography, poetry, or any other genre. 

You can participate at different levels, but each book must be by a different author and set in a different country it's supposed to be a tour. 

What counts as "Europe"? Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and Vatican City. 

LEVELS OF PARTICIPATION:

Three Star (Business Traveler): Read three qualifying books. 

Two Star (Adventurer): Read two qualifying books.

Like I did last year, my goal is to read at least 5 books :-)
